Orders & Pricing
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
Minimum order quantities may apply. Customised items are subject to artwork approval and may carry additional costs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed. For account holders, payment terms are strictly 30 days.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Delivery
Lead times will be confirmed on order. Delivery delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.

Returns & Claims
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted with written authorization and must be in resalable condition.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.
Product Quality & Specifications
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in GSM, size, and colour may occur.
Customization
Embroidery and branded items require prior approval. We reserve the right to decline designs that infringe rights
Liability
Our liability will not exceed the value of the goods. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
